Easy Bread - Food Tech

Today my partner and I made EASY BREAD it went really well, just in case you would like to know how to make EASY BREAD.

Step 1- 2c of plain flour, 1 Tsp of sugar
Step 2 - 1 packet of yeast
Step 3 - 1c of warm water
Step 4 - 1/4c of milk with 1 egg
Step 5 - 1/2c of oil, 1/2tsp of salt
Step 6 - whisk together
Step 7 - mix well and divide into 4 rounds
Step 8 - Bake for 20 min, 0 degrees than 20 degrees for 5 min

Food Tech

Today my partner and I made Chocolate Muffins it went well, just in case you would like to make chocolate muffin yourself here are the steps.

Step 1 - 1 1/2C of S.R. Flour
2 - 1/2C of sugar
3 - 1/2C of oil, 1/2C of milk
4 - 1 egg, 1/4 cocoa
5 - the 1tsp vanilla essence
6 - Chocolate chip

2) mix well and serve it to the muffin tray, bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins

FOOD TECH - Quiche

To today my partners and I made QUICHE at first the pastry was short but we made it work and it turned out really well. Just in case you would like to make it Here is the method of how to make a Quiche!

Step 1 - Cut the pastry into 12 peices

Step 2 - Dice the meat

Step 3 - Put it into the muffin tray

1st - Ham

2nd - Cheese

3rd - Top it up with the egg

Step 4 - Whisk the 4 eggs with half a cup of milk

Week 4 - Burger Bun

Today my partner and I made BURGER BUNS!!. At first, we did good and well twisting our dough got a little sticky but it turned out really good.

Week Two - Hot Cakes

Today my partners and I made HOT CAKES!!!. We did good, out of 10 I think we did 7% ..... because our hotcakes were kinda of burnt and one of our members was not participating properly. I think we really need to improve on teamwork and just making sure that we are pleased with what we made.
